This room is public: messages are written by users and shown exactly as typed — nothing is checked by this site in advance. The public view holds the latest 500 messages; older ones move to an archive only the operator can read. One message per second per sender, 1000 characters per message.

What the ADMIN badge asserts: this message was posted by an account the site operator has flagged as theirs. It does not assert that the person is trustworthy, nor that the content is official. It is rendered from the author's current flag, so revoking the flag un-badges past messages — and it is never shown on a guest message.

Logged-in users can edit their own messages for 15 minutes, at most 3 times; an edited message always carries an "edited" marker that cannot be removed. Anyone can take back their own message (guests within 15 minutes). Unsend removes the message from the room immediately, but a copy is kept for up to 30 days so that reports about it can be investigated, and the text is then deleted — unsend is not an immediate permanent delete.

Display names are checked against a short blocklist, and names that claim to be the site operator are reserved. The list is short and will not catch every offensive name; please use the report form when one gets through.
